The Physical Therapist (PT) will join a team committed to home health as the future of care. We provide flexible scheduling and this position is benefit eligible. Our community nurse has a real community impact.

For Mount Desert Nursing Association patients assigned to his/her care, and in accordance with standards of practice, the Physical Therapist is responsible for agency patient initial and on-going assessments. They work with the patient in the development and implementation of the plan of care and evaluates its effectiveness. The PT reports to the Clinical Manager.

This is a PRN per diem position based in Northeast Harbor, Maine, and involving travel around Mount Desert Island, Trenton, and Lamoine.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
